Tips- open sifter and shake some powder into cap. Dip brush into powder and shake some off before application. Apply powder eyeliner on lashline, top or bottom.
Shabbos Application: Avoid mixing powder colors on shabbos. Apply eyeliner on top eyelid and then eyeshadow above it, to avoid mixing colors on shabbos. Apply eyeliner on bottom lashline, not inside the eye on shabbos.
BRUSH - A mini reusable brush is included. If you would like to use a different brush as well you can purchase the thin eyeliner brush seperatly.
