These Lip Powders are rollerballs filled with powder. The idea is to help avoid any powder mess! It should glide on easily to have that feel of applying lipstick! Make sure to shake it down a drop before applying it so that it flows properly. These lip rollers come in matte & gloss powders to give you the look that you want! tip; if you have cracked lips use the matte colors so it doesn't enhance the lines.these lip powders should be applied ON clean lips or may be applied on an existing lipstick that was applied before shabbos as long as its dry. It is as easy as it looks! just shake it out and Roll it on!!
