These powder Eyeliners give such great definition and is strongly pigmented! 

Tips for application-. EYELINER SET: DIP POWDER LINER: 

TIPS: The brush is attached to the top of the cap. Take brush off the top and snap onto cap and take cap off of the jar. DIP brush into powder, shake off brush and apply on lashline top or bottom. This applicator does not come with a sifter, the brush is meant to DIP into powder. Do not shake jar before application. 

 EYELINER JAR: Tips- open sifter and shake some powder into cap. Dip brush into powder and shake some off before application. Apply powder eyeliner on lashline, top or bottom. 

BRUSH - A mini reusable brush is included. If you would like to use a different brush as well you can purchase the thin eyeliner brush seperatly. 

Shabbos Application: Avoid mixing powder colors on shabbos. Apply eyeliner on top eyelid and then eyeshadow above it, to avoid mixing colors on shabbos. Apply eyeliner on bottom lashline, not inside the eye on shabbos.
