Shabbos Application: Bottom liner - Apply eyeliner on bottom lashline, not in waterline. Top liner- Apply liner close to lashes and apply eyeshadow above it to avoid mixing of colors.
Tips for Application- EYELINER SET: This eyeliner set comes with a very thin brush attached to the eyeliner powder in a jar. shake bottle each time to be sure the brush mixes with the powder in the bottle before application. Apply brush on lash line in a back and forth motion to create the perfect amount of definition!
