Tips for Application- The Eyeliner The brush is attached to the top of the cap. Take brush off the top and snap onto cap and take cap off of the jar. DIP brush into powder, shake off brush and apply on lashline top or bottom. This applicator does not come with a sifter, the brush is meant to DIP into powder. Do not shake jar before application.
Shabbos Application: Bottom liner - Apply eyeliner on bottom lashline, not in waterline. Top liner- Apply liner close to lashes and apply eyeshadow above it to avoid mixing of colors.
