Shipping Policies


Shipping Policy:

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
You will recieve your order in 2 to 7 business days or sooner depending on your shipping option. 
Shipping rates will be calculated based on package weight and your shipping zip code.
Rates will be shown during checkout process prior to payment.
Prices vary according to shipping options available.

Return Policy:

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or tried as testers. In other circumstances such as damaged goods or if you recieved the wrong product, we will notify you about arranging a return and then we can ship back the correct products to you. We will send you a shipping label and you will be responsible for arranging goods to be returned within 30 days of our notification. If the products you received are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will allow you to return items or get a refund. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. Please note that we are not responsible if you write the wrong mailing address or information.
