These blushes and highlighters come in matte and dewy options.

BRUSHES: The fan brush or blush brush. 

TIPS: shake some powder into cap and dip either blush brush or fan brush in it, shake off and sweep on the apple of the cheek. Use faceshield to avoid mixing of colors. 

SHABBOS APPLICATION: Apply blush on face before foundation or bronzer, to help avoid mixing of powers. Use highlighters above blush on cheekbones, or on eyes- brow bone or inner eye.
